I'm a little behind getting this posted, but in case any of you are still putting together your 2011 Singing Time schedule, here is the one that I came up with for my primary. I didn't fill in every song on this version, since each ward will vary so much and knows so many different songs. But it might help you get motivated to plan ahead! It's at least helpful to have all of the months printed out for the front of your binder. I will be doing a post about my binder soon, so you should all be excited about that! HaHa!
Here is the link for the 2011 Singing Time Schedule! Enjoy!
PS - This file was created in Art Explosion Publisher Pro Silver, and cannot be edited unless you have that program. However, as always, if you need it tweaked a little bit for your particular ward's schedule, just send me a comment and I'll do my best to accomodate :o)

this is great-thanks for sharing! Do you have this saved as a Word document? That would help me be able to adapt it to our ward's schedule. If so, could you send it to me? Thanks! darcy.allan@comcast.net
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great ideas and hardwork. I would love to have it emailed to me as well so I could fill in and change a few things. Thanks! Elizabeth e16gardner@aol.com
ReplyDeleteThank you for all of your ideas. Today was my first day, I've never had this calling, and you were a life saver!!! I would love a copy of your schedule. If you would email it I would appreciate it so much. teri.andrus@yahoo.com. Thanks again, you're fabulous!
ReplyDeleteOut of all the schedules for Primary Music, I like your's the best. But, I do need to modify it to fit our Sunday Schedule. Can you please email it to me as a Word document?
ReplyDeleteG4kidzmom@comcast.net
Thanks!
Brittney I love this! It is sooo cute! I just got called as primary chorister and I do need to modify it a little bit. We don't have a reverence song so if you could take it out and put more lines under singing time so I can put more songs! I don't need as big of box for ideas at the bottom if that helps. Thank you so much! ampoll888@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI love your schedule you put together! I do need to modify it just a bit and put a article of faith song in there, etc... could you send it to me as a word document or something close to that! Thanks! Hope that makes sense, if not just shoot me an email about any questions you have!
ReplyDeleteThanks again!

Your schedule is my favorite by far! I also need to edit it a little for my ward. I would love to get a version that I can edit. Thanks so much!

I love your schedule. It is perfect. I love the themes, planning area, and that it is so cute. I think it really would motivate me to plan ahead more. I need too since I'm going to have a baby in a couple of months.
ReplyDeleteIf possible could you alter it so opening exercise songs just include: opening song, welcome, birthday, closing and singing time of course. Thank you for being so willing to help others out. If easier I can try altering it from word. I love your site and appreciate all of your great ideas. thanks for sharing.

Interesting and important information. It is really beneficial for us. Thanks
ReplyDeleteyou are amazing! is there any way that I can get a copy of your schedule that you put in the front of your binder. I am the most unorganized person and I only make it through my calling by using all your stuff. I also wouldn't mind having a singing schedule that I could change a little.
ReplyDeleteBecky,
ReplyDeleteThe schedule in the front of my binder can be found here:

As for editing the schedules, just email me if you want things in a different order and I can change it for you. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for you to customize it unless you have the exact same software. But I really am happy to help, so just let me know! afprimarymusic@gmail.com
